Selecting your prefered Paysley Notifications

How to manage your Paysley activity Notifications.

Notifications are useful for staying updated about all the activities on your Paysley account, including received payments. Selecting which notifications you want to receive is easy to configure. 

Step 1: Log in to your Paysley dashboard. Then, click your Account Profile icon at the top right of the screen to open the setup menu, and select Configuration Settings to open your account configuration page. 

Step 2: Select the Notifications option to open the full range of available notifications.

Step 3: To complete your notifications setup, select your preferred notification by toggling the switches between Yes or No.

You can enable push notifications, text notifications, and email notifications. To enable push notifications, toggle the switch to “yes” and select “allow” on the pop-up notification that appears on your browser. 

Text Notifications

Text message notifications are only sent for two types of activities:

  • Successful payments
  • Failed payments.

The phone number displayed at the top is where text messages will be sent. By default, it is the number of the Paysley master account holder. You can change this number by clicking the Edit icon. Text notifications are sent to only one number.

Email Notifications

You can receive various email notifications, from undelivered text messages to campaign and subscription payments. Select any of these notifications by toggling the switch to Yes if you want to receive email notifications for these activities.  By default, messages are sent to the email address of the Paysley master account holder. You can change your email address for notifications by clicking the Edit icon. Email notifications are sent to only one email address.

Once you are happy with your selection, you can return to the dashboard by selecting the Paysley logo at the top right or the Back to Dashboard link at the top left.
