Why using Paysley is better than any other payment solution?
Paysley is a payment solution that enables merchants to accept payments through various channels, including MPos, virtual terminals, and point-of-sale terminals. It is also unique because it lets you turn your customer’s phone into a Point-of-Sale (CPos). Unlike other payment solutions, Paysley doesn’t require your customers to register, log in, or download any app to pay you.
When your customer receives your payment request or invoice, they can simply click the link in the text message or email or scan the QR code to make a payment. Every payment link and QR code leads your customer to a personalized payment page associated with that payment request, invoice, or sale. It takes your customer only a few seconds to pay anywhere, anytime!
When you log in to your new Paysley account for the first time.
A Quick Setup wizard will help you set up your account in no time! Although we recommend completing this wizard, you can skip it anytime and complete it later. If you close the wizard, you can access the same account configuration options by selecting the My Business Profile tab on your Paysley dashboard or clicking on your email address at the top right corner of the browser screen.
The Quick Setup wizard will help you to:
- Updated your business contact information. This information appears on your invoices, payment pages, and receipts.
- You can upload your logo to make your business look more professional. Any jpeg, png, or gif image will work, but ensure the file size is less than eight megabytes and the image has a 3-to-1 ratio for the best results.
- Selecting your time zone will make it easier for you to monitor activities on your dashboard. So don’t forget to choose your time zone.
- By default, if you send a payment request or invoice by email, the email will be sent from Paysley. However, to help your customers recognize your emails easily, we recommend configuring your SMTP email settings so that emails are sent from your company domain. If you need assistance, you can ask your email administrator for help.
- We have included some ready-to-use messages for your text and email payment requests. You can set up additional template messages that will meet your specific requirements. You can use the available #tags to include information unique to each payment request message. For more information, view our tutorial on setting up message templates.
You can skip any steps, but click one of the two save options on the last page to avoid the wizard appearing every time you log in.
