How to add more Users to your account

In Paysley, users are known as Employees. You can add two additional employees, also called seats, to your Paysley account. Additional employees (seats) are available at a monthly fee per employee.

Create a New Employee Profile

Step 1: Log in to your Paysley dashboard at https://merchant.paysley.com/en/home/login

Step 2: Access the My Employees section by clicking the link in the left navigation, then select the “+ Add New Account” button.

Step 3: Enter the employee details and set the required privileges

  • Enter the employee’s first and last name
  • Give your employee a Nickname. This nickname will identify your employee across the Paysley platform.
  • Add your employee’s unique email address, enter a password, or use the system-generated password. When the employee logs in, they will be prompted to update this password.
  • Select the appropriate account type: Accounting, Administrator, Sales, or Developer.

Accounting: Full reporting access. You can also grant permission to manage refunds and reversals by selecting the available option under Select Privileges.

Administrator: Full access

Sales: Select between Restricted and Full access. Restricted access limits the employee to see only their own activity. Select the privileges you want to give the employee and whether they will have access to the full inventory of products and services or select the categories they can access.

Developer: This gives you access to the Application Manager section of your Dashboard so that your developer can connect the applications they build for you.

Step 4: Complete the setup by selecting the Save button. Your employee will receive an email from Paysley with their account login credentials.

The same employee login credentials are used to log in on the Paysley Mobile App.

From the employee list view, you can select the edit icon on the right to Edit the employee profile and reset the password by selecting the lock icon.
