Connecting your Authorize.Net account
To connect your Paysley directly with Paysley, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Paysley dashboard at https://merchant.paysley.com/en/home/login and log in on your Authorize.net account
Step 2: As a pre-registered Paysley user, you will automatically receive a notice with a link to connect your Authorize.net account when you log in. However, if you have just registered a new Paysley account or this notice doesn’t appear, select the ‘Use Your Existing Merchant Services’ option on your Paysley Dashboard.
Contact us at [email protected] if you do not see the option to connect an Authorize.net account.
Step 3: Select ‘Authorize.Net’ and click the green ‘Connect’ button. You must submit your Authorize.Net login credentials using a secure authentication process provided by Authorize.net. You must grant Paysley permission to create transactions, view reporting data, create and update customer profiles, and create and update subscriptions. Click ‘Allow.’
Step 4: Get your Authorize.net API Login ID, Transaction Key, and Signature Key to complete the Paysley account configuration. Go to your Authorize.net portal. Click ‘Account’ at the top right. Scroll down and click ‘API Credentials and Keys.’ Copy your API Login ID and paste it into the relevant space in your Paysley account.
Step 5: In your Authorize.net account, click ‘New Transaction Key.’ Request a PIN, which you will receive by email. Confirm the PIN, and Authorize.net will generate a new Transaction Key. Copy & paste the Transaction Key into the relevant space in your Paysley account.
Step 6: Follow the same steps to create and copy a new Signature key and paste it into your Paysley account. Complete the configuration by clicking the ‘Submit’ button.
Important: Whenever you generate a new API Key in your Authorize.Net account, you must reconnect your Paysley account using the new Keys.
When the connection is successful, you can use Paysley immediately to collect and receive payments. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our support services via [email protected].
