How to configure your POSLink Payment Page

Step 1: Log into your Paysley dashboard. – Click on your email address at the top right corner to access the navigation bar. – Select the ‘POSLink Link’ option to open your POSLink payment page configuration.
Step 2: Choose whether to have your customers input a reference number with each payment. – For automatic generation, click on the ‘Auto Generate’ option and provide a prefix and suffix as required.
Note that if you do not select the ‘Auto Generate’ options, your customers will be required to enter a reference number before they make payment. Reference numbers are mandatory.
Step 3: Select a currency (only USD available for US based merchants), and if applicable, choose the default tax that needs to be applied.
Step 4: Add your desired options: – Enable or disable tipping, allowing customers to decide if they want to add a tip. – Activate reCAPTCHA for added security. – Toggle Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH payments on or off according to your preferences. – Introduce a ‘Share’ button, enabling customers to share the payment page on social media. – Enable the repeat payment option for recurring transactions.
Step 5: Collecting Customer Information: – Activate the customer information collection feature. – Customize the data fields by clicking the ‘Edit’ button. Choose which fields to display and make them mandatory if necessary.
Step 6: Adding Additional Fields: – Toggle the option to use additional fields. – Click ‘Add’ to insert text boxes, info boxes, or drop-down menus. – Arrange these boxes in your preferred order and define the data field names. – Decide if these fields should be mandatory.
Hint: To add options to the dropdown selection box, simply separate the options with a comma – no spaces.
Reviewing and Saving Your Settings: – Save your settings by clicking the ‘Submit’ button. To preview your payment page with the current settings, click on the QR code. This action will open the payment page. – Review your settings and make any necessary adjustments. – Remember to click ‘Submit’ to save your configuration every time you make changes.
