Paysley offers seamless integration with various card terminals, enabling businesses to accept payments efficiently through the Paysley Desktop Dashboard and the Paysley Mobile App. Below is a guide to the compatible terminals and their connection methods.
Compatible Card Terminals & Readers
These terminals work with both the Paysley Desktop Dashboard and Mobile App via a WiFi connection:
- Ingenico Lane Series (Cloud Integration Wifi connected)
- Models: Lane 3000, Lane 5000, Lane 7000. Recommended for their robust features and reliability.
- DeJavoo QD Series (Wifi connected)
- Offers flexible functionality and ease of use for various business needs.
- Landi
- M20 and M20 SE. Working with the Paysley Mobile App, combining advanced payment technology with a user-friendly Android interface.
- C20 and C20 Pro for a true Point-of-Sale experience (Available May 2025)
- ID Tech VP3350 (Bluetooth)
- EMV card reader that connects via Bluetooth with the Paysley App on any mobile device.
IMPORTANT
Before connecting any terminal or card reader, you must ensure the Encrypted Devices setting is activated on your Paysley account.
- Log in to your Paysley Dashboard, select the Account Profile icon at the top right of your screen, and then select Configurations Settings.
- From the Configuration menu, select Payment Gateway Settings and confirm the Encrypted Devices are active. If not, toggle the switch to YES.
Setup Instructions for WiFi Terminals:
- Connect the terminal to your local WiFi network.
- Log in to your Paysley Dashboard. At the top of your screen, select the Applications icon second from the right, and then select Register Device.
- Enter the terminal serial number and give it a name.
- Ensure the terminal remains connected to the internet for real-time transaction processing.
Setup Instructions for Bluetooth Card Readers:
- Ensure your mobile device’s Bluetooth is enabled.
- Turn the card reader into pairing mode (refer to the device manual for instructions).
- Open the Paysley Mobile App and navigate to Device Settings under Settings.
- Select the Pair via Bluetooth button.
- Select the reader from the list of available Bluetooth devices to complete the pairing.
